Vendor Applications & Info

2024 Applications are currently closed!!

A few important things before you begin your application…

  • Please do not send any fees until we are able to book you. If you do send fees, we will hold them until the end of the season. We will keep vendors who apply up to date if and when any changes are made.

  • Filling out the form does not guarantee your dates. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email with your date approval, invoice and request for further documents as needed (please provide as many documents as possible with your application to help speed up our process!)

  • We have a very small team, and getting through the volume of applications we receive can take some time. You will hear back whether you are accepted or not.

  • Vendors are not permitted to bring their own dogs with them on market day. This fits in with the Vancouver Coastal health outlines that we operate under due to the sale of food being the primary operation of the market. If you have a service dog please reach out so that we can have procedures in place.

Please be sure to carefully read through ALL information below as we have updated our guidleines and regulations, fees, and safety requirements in compliance with the BC Fire Code. Your submission requires that you read and agree to our policies and guidelines. Vendor insurance is MANDATORY for all vendors.

  • All Potential Vendors will Participate in the Jury Process. The SFMA will hold a jury in January 2024 for craft, food & drink vendors. Click on your category below to see which items you will need to submit for review by the Jury. You will be contacted with specific dates for the jury process when you apply. Farmers and certain returning vendors will be exempt from the jury process.

  • Vendors will receive application results based on the jury’s review via email by the end of January.

  • Approved applicants will be sent an offer letter and a 2024 invoice. At that point, you will be given fifteen days to pay your fees in full. We cannot hold vendor spots if fees are unpaid.
