Jeggs
This is a savory Japanese Pancake. It's called "Okonomiyaki" in Japanese. Okonomiyaki is one of the most popular street foods at any festival in Japan. The name Okonomi means "whatever you like" and Yaki means "grill". So the Okonomiyaki is made of any ingredients(whatever you like) and mixed with special batter, then grilled on the iron griddle.
